Featuring oversized one- and two-bedroom units with sleek, modern finishes, RendeVous Urban Flats redefines urban living. Each apartment is designed with spacious layouts, high-end materials, and attention to detail, making it the perfect place for those who desire both comfort and sophistication.

Approach

In June 2024, we took over the management of the Google Ads account and conducted a comprehensive audit of the existing campaigns. The audit highlighted several key areas for improvement, forming the basis for our strategic plan. Our primary recommendations were:

  • Refining Keyword Targeting: We identified high-converting keywords and removed underperforming ones to ensure a more focused and efficient targeting approach, ultimately boosting campaign performance.

Execution

Once the strategy was defined, we quickly moved into execution, making targeted improvements in key areas of the account:

  • Refined Keyword Targeting: We honed in on high-converting, highly relevant keywords and organized them into tightly themed ad groups. This improved the Quality Score of our ads, increasing both performance and relevance.
  • Optimized Ad Copy: The ad copy was rewritten to align with the refined keywords and directly address the needs of the target audience. We focused on clear value propositions, compelling calls-to-action, and incorporated dynamic keyword insertion to enhance click-through rates (CTR).
  • Bidding Strategy Optimization: We adopted a performance-driven bidding strategy, utilizing a mix of Target CPA (Cost per Acquisition) to optimize efficiency. This allowed us to allocate budget more effectively toward high-performing opportunities.
  • Landing Page Enhancements: The landing pages were redesigned to mirror the ad messaging, ensuring consistency and relevance. This improved the user experience and significantly boosted engagement and conversion rates.
  • Conversion Tracking Setup: We implemented comprehensive conversion tracking to closely monitor campaign performance, enabling us to assess the impact of our changes and make ongoing optimizations.
